Applying from inside the UK
This page explains how you can apply for permission to remain in the UK as a Turkish ECAA employed person.
If you would like to apply to extend your stay in the UK as a worker, you should complete application form ECAA 1 Turkish Employed. You can find this application form on the right side of this page.
There is no fee for making this application.
You must apply from inside the UK. You must apply before your current permission to stay in the UK expires.
You can apply for permission for your dependants to remain in the UK with you, by listing them on your form. Alternatively, they can apply separately using application form ECAA 3. The Dependants section lists the requirements that your dependants must meet, and contains the ECAA 3 form.
You should post your application to us. You cannot make your application in person at our public enquiry offices. You should send the completed application form, with your supporting documents, to:
