This page explains whether you have a right of appeal if your application under the terms of the European Community Association Agreement (ECAA) with Turkey is unsuccessful.
The notice we send to inform you of our decision on your application will tell you whether you have a full right of appeal. If you do have a full right of appeal, we will also send you details of how to appeal, and an appeal form that you must complete in order to make your appeal.
Your appeal will be made to the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, which is independent of the UK Border Agency.
