How much does it cost?
This page explains how much a settlement application using form SET(O) will cost.
The fee is £750 by post or £950 in person at one of our public enquiry offices (PEO).
Payments made by cheque may take up to five working days, credit and debit cards may take up to one working day and postal orders will clear immediately.
If you are using a representative he/she may also charge you to cover the cost of making the application on your behalf.
