Investment having been maintained
This page explains what proof that your investment has been maintained you should provide to support your extension application to the investor category (Tier 1 Investor) under the points-based system to remain in the United Kingdom.
No separate documents are needed to meet this requirement.
We will use the portfolio provided to show the level of the investments maintained from the date the funds were invested. If the portfolio does not confirm that the level of the investment was maintained for the full period of leave, you will not score any points.
