Changes during your stay
This page explains how you should inform us if your circumstances change while you are in the UK under the Tier 1 (Graduate Entrepreneur) category of the points-based system.
You should complete and send us a 'change of circumstances' form if your contact details or other details change while you are you are in UK.
You can download the form from the right side of this page.
You should complete the form in block capitals, using a black pen. Enter all dates as dd-mm-yyyy (for example, 29-04-2000).
To complete the form, you will need to provide:
- a description of the change you want to make
- your points-based system reference number
- your representative reference number
- your date of birth
- your nationality
