Bringing your family
This page explains whether you can bring your family members( known as 'dependants') to the UK as a representative of an overseas business.
A dependant is a wife, a husband, a civil partner, a same-sex partner, an unmarried partner or a child under the age of 18 years.
Applications for dependants should be made at the same time as your own application and using the same form.
Dependant children over the age of 18 years will have to make their own separate application.
