This page contains information about documents that may help to support your application to come to the UK as an arts, entertainment or sports professional undertaking a permitted paid engagement.
You must provide a copy of your invitation from a UK-based arts or sports organisation or broadcaster to undertake a specific engagement. For example, this may include:
- judging;
- giving lectures;
- talking about, presenting or launching your work to other professionals or the public;
- taking part in panel debates; or
- professional conferences.
You must also provide documents to show that your are an established arts, entertainment or sporting professional. For example, you may wish to provide:
- publications;
- publicity material for performances, screenings, concerts, talks, readings or exhibitions;
- evidence of awards;
- media coverage and reviews; or
- proof of recent performances.
