Educators helpdesk goes live

A new helpdesk service for educational establishments launches today, Monday 2 September 2013.

The educators helpdesk has been set up in response to customer feedback and follows the success of the business helpdesk. It will act as a single point of contact where educational establishments can resolve queries about becoming a sponsor or teaching people from outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

The new service is now available to all existing and prospective Tier 4 Sponsors and UK educational establishments and may be used to ask questions about the sponsorship application process or policy and guidance queries.

The helpdesk will not answer questions regarding individual student applications.

What happens next?

As the helpdesk becomes a single point of contact we will begin to close other email boxes and to redirect unsolicited queries to the new service.

We will continue to respond to feedback, monitoring the service we offer and adding more services to the helpdesk as we move forward.
