The Immigration (Form and Manner of Passenger Information) Direction 2008

This Direction states the form and manner in which passenger and service information must be provided to the immigration service by a carrier (owner or agent of a ship, aircraft or train). It was issued by the Secretary of State under paragraph 27B (8) (a) of Schedule 2 to the Immigration Act 1971. It revokes the Immigration (Form and Manner of Passenger Information) Direction 2000.
