The draft Immigration and Citizenship Bill was published on 14 July 2008.


The Bill has been published in draft to allow Parliament and public to provide their views on our plans before the final Bill is introduced.

If you would like to comment on our plans, we have provided a public scrutiny document setting out the propsed changes. We have also provided a questionnaire that you can complete electronically and return to our simplification team.
