European Casework Instructions
These instructions contain guidance and information for caseworkers dealing with European applications under the Free Movement of Persons Directive (2004/38/EC). They are subject to review and amendment, so it is advisable to check for updates on a regular basis.
Chapter 1- Rights band movement - EEA nationals and Chapter 3 - Issue of a family permit have now been replaced by modernised guidance.
