Fair, Effective, Transparent and Trusted (review of the Immigration and Nationality Directorate)
This review was presented to Parliament on 25 July 2006. It built on the five-year asylum and immigration strategy published in 2005, and set out a plan for reforming the Home Office's Immigration and Nationality Directorate - the UK Border Agency's predecessor - to manage the United Kingdom's borders effectively.
