Nationality instructions

This page lists the chapters of the nationality instructions. This guidance is used by UK Border Agency staff deciding applications for citizenship. The contents are arranged into two volumes which are subdivided into chapters and sections. Volume 1 contains the main caseworking instructions.These are split into six parts, each dealing with a different category of application. Volume 2 is divided into two sections, one providing procedural information and the other providing general information which can be used alongside the main caseworking instructions.
