Can I appeal?
This page explains if you can appeal if your application is refused.
Whether you have a right of appeal or not will be detailed in the decision letter you receive. If your application for a blue, yellow, or purple registration certificate is refused on the grounds that you are not exercising a Treaty right, you will have a right of appeal and the notice of refusal will inform you of this.
You will not have a right of appeal if the application is refused on the grounds that you have failed to provide evidence of identity/nationality, or that evidence is not found to be genuine.
