General aviation
This page explains how we will communicate with the general aviation industry, and when we plan to start telling them about the requirements they will need to meet for providing information to the e-Borders programme.
We have already started to communicate with the general aviation sector at working groups and general aviation events. We actively seek to engage with and listen to members of the general aviation sector, and ensure that the solutions and processes we implement are workable and secure. To make this possible, we need to make use of your experience and knowledge so that e-Borders works for us and works for you.
In the meantime, please email us at ebct@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk if you have any queries or suggestions that would help us to secure our border.

e-Borders
E-Borders is the name of our programme of electronic border control. It collects and analyses passenger and crew information provided electronically by carriers (airlines, rail and shipping companies) before travel starts on all journeys to and from the UK.
