Application fee for a sponsor licence
This page explains the application fee that you must pay if you want to apply for a sponsor licence under the points-based system, or if you want to extend your licence across more tiers.
If you pay the incorrect fee, we will reject your application and you will need to make a new application; this will involve completing another online application form.
If we have any doubts about whether your organisation meets the criteria for the category in which you have paid the application fee, we may make further checks and ask for additional documents.
We charge the fee to consider your application, not to issue a decision. The fee is charged when we receive the application; we will not refund it if you withdraw your application or if we refuse the application. It is your responsibility to ensure that you want to apply before sending us your submission sheet and supporting document.
If you want to register each of your branches separately, every individual branch must pay the relevant fee with its application. If you want to register your head office and all UK branches together, you pay a single application fee.

- Premium Sponsor Scheme Tier 2 and 5 - small sponsors: £8,000
