This section explains how we rate your human resource (HR) systems when you apply for a licence to sponsor migrant workers under the points-based system.
In this section:
- Area 1: Monitoring immigration status and preventing illegal employment

- Area 4: Migrant tracking and monitoring
- Area 5: General sponsor duties
During a visit, our compliance officers will rate you as 'met' or 'not met' for each of the areas above. Yoru rating will depend on the systems you have in place and the evidence you provide further to the questions they ask.
