Return of migrants to their home country

This page explains the policy on our:

• Voluntary Assisted Return and Reintegration Programme (VARRP) for asylum applicants who wish to return to their home country; and
• Assisted Voluntary Return of Irregular Migrants (AVRIM) programme for those who are in the United Kingdom illegally and wish to return to their home country.
