Visa services user panel
This page describes the work of the UK Border Agency visa services user panel, which was established in 2000.
Aim
The user panel's aim is to provide a forum for dialogue with organisations representing users of the entry clearance operation.
Objectives
The user panel's objectives are:
- to improve the user focus of the work of the UK Border Agency visa services, and to ensure that we are aware of and respond to customers' needs; and
- to foster working partnerships with organisations, and improve their understanding of our problems and challenges.
Membership
The user panel consists of representatives from the following organisations:

- Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants
