Pennine House is a residential short term holding facility, which is used solely for the detention of a detainee for a period up to 7 days.
Pennine House currently operates under the escorting services contract between the UK Border Agency and Reliance.

Pennine House is located in close proximity to Terminal 2 arrivals. The facility is not sign posted and can be difficult to locate. Once at Terminal 2 arrivals telephone the reception on the number shown above for further instructions.
By road
The directions below are for the nearest Terminal 2 short stay car park:
Leave the M56 at junction 5, stay in the left hand lane following signs for Terminal 2. At the first roundabout, take the 2nd exit, signposted Terminal 2. Come down the hill and at the next roundabout, with the Radisson Hotel in front of you, take the 2nd exit and pass Valet Parking on your left hand side. The short stay, multi storey car park is located on your left hand side.

By rail
Pennine House is approximately 15 minutes walk from the train station.
Follow signs to Terminal 2 arrivals and then telephone the reception on the number shown above for further instructions.
Visits
All visits must be booked in advance.
Visits take place daily between 1400 and 2100, 7 days a week.
All visitors must bring with them photo identification, such as a passport or driving licence, in addition to a recent utility bill which clearly shows their full name and full UK address. Visitors cannot access Pennine House without the required identification and utility bill.
Visitors will be subject to search procedures.
