Reporting technical problems when applying online


This section explains how to report technical problems when applying online within the UK, submitting online application forms, problems with passwords, payment and refunds, booking appointments.

    If you experience technical problems when completing or submitting an online application, you can email the apply online e-support team.

    The apply online e-support team do not provide immigration advice, accept appointment bookings, or give information about the progress of your application.
