There are two email addresses, depending on whether or not you have already applied. Please choose the correct one. Do not email both addresses.

Please give us your name, nationality (Bulgarian or Romanian), your date of birth, and your reference number, if we have given you one.

We aim to respond to your email in less than 7 days. You can find information on this website about how to request the urgent return of your documents.

We cannot give you an update on the progress of your application unless you applied more than 6 months ago.
