You are asked not to bring friends or relatives with you to your reporting event, as the waiting area is limited. However, you may have a representative accompany you to your appointment.
You will be given an appointment window of 30 minutes. We ask you to arrive within that 30 minute slot, and we will try to see you as soon as possible after your arrival. We will also try to ensure that you do not have to wait for more than 30 minutes.
If you arrive before to your appointment time, we will ask you to wait until it is the correct time, if there is no valid reason for your early arrival. If you arrive late, you may be asked to return at 14:30.
You may request a change to your appointment time and frequency, which will be at the discretion of the manager. Please ask counter staff for the change of reporting request form.
You are asked to bring your IS96 (notice of temporary admission) form, and application registration card (ARC Card) to all reporting events, if you have been given those documents.
There are no play facilities for children. If you do need to bring your children with you, it is recommended that they bring their own toys.
