Entry is by appointment only. You must bring your IS96 or your appointment letter to enter the building.

Third parties will only be allowed entry to the reporting centre with prior permission. 

Facilities:  

• wheelchair access.
• accessible unisex toilet for disabled customers - includes baby changing facilities.
• AVR promotion through DVD in waiting area.
• drinking water available upon request.

Additional information:

• no cameras or recording equipment allowed in the reporting centre.
• reporting dates will not be changed to accommodate college courses.
• IS96 forms will not be issued for college enrolment.
• a hospital or GP letter is required to support a missed reporting event on health grounds.

How to find Tyneside Reporting Centre

The nearest Metro station is North Shields, a 3 minute walk from the reporting centre.

We have no private car parking facilities but those travelling by car can 'pay and display' on the road outside Northumbria House or use the public car park opposite. The public car park is free for 2 hours.
